My Brother's Emergency Conversations

Starting around the time when we were in our early teens, there have been many instances when I get so frustrated with what I’m dealing with that I let it out to myself very loudly. While doing so, I sometimes unknowingly attract the attention of my brother Brody who happens to be near by then he goes into this emergency mode were he wants to the source of my outburst leading to this exchange:
Brody: What’s the problem?
Me: Nothing.
Brody: No, what is the problem?
Me: Nothing!
You see, no matter how much I try to have him leave me alone due to not being ready to talk about it or not being comfortable with sharing personal information to certain people, Brody will not do so until he gets a definite answer from me.
As such, I have to reluctantly force myself to get the answer out just to get it over with and he’d say something brief to me which ended the whole thing. However there have also been times when he’d actually have a full-blown conversation with me that feels like it drags on forever.
I should also mention that whether I’d do this thing downstairs and upstairs from where he is, he’ll literally stop whatever he’s done and run all the up or down to my aid. And when he doesn’t say anything, he’d just get right next to me even I say I just want to be alone no matter how many times.
