My Trip

On July 17, I left with my parents and grandmother to go up to Maine for a small vacation. I was pretty anxious about it at first due to going to a state that I haven’t been to since I was little. Packing my luggage to bring along for the trip in case I were to forget something important I needed or wanted was another concern. But having my family with me and constantly checking my belongings made me feel more secure about the situation.
The drive was about about five hours to Maine. We visited the town of Bar Harbor and also visited Acadia National Park.
During our time there we had very delicious food to eat at the various restaurants we went to. Just to name a few, we ate at Gilbert’s Chowder House in Portland, Jack Russell’s Steakhouse and Brewery, Jordan’s Restaurant, Abel’s Lobster.
We all had a really fun time on the trip as I to see what it was like going to somewhere different, see how it’s set up there compared to other places I’ve been to on vacation.

Looks pretty cool Blake hope you had a good trip
