My Fear Of Frogs And Toads

When I was really little, I used to be really afraid of frogs and toads, mostly the latter as they were ones I encountered the most. This was because how I'd be running around outside on my property and then they would just jump out of nowhere and catch me off guard then send me back to my parents screaming. In fact, there were points in the spring and summer when I'd avoid going in certain areas to avoid having such encounters.

Yeah, those were really hard times for me. But as I've gotten older, I've become more used to them and they don't really bother me anymore (this is in large part thanks to maturing along with working at a bog that has these kinds of animals), though they still catch me by surprise whenever I'm walking around and they suddenly jump out of nowhere.
